I'm sorry that I can only give 2 stars here! I had to repeat my order three times because the lady at the checkout couldn't remember my order. Even though there was only one car in front of me, the process took 15 minutes.

The waiting times are catastrophic! We stood in line for an ice cream for 15 minutes at the cash register (all employees walked past) until an employee even felt responsible for us. And it wasn't particularly busy. An employee in the kitchen had her face mask just above her mouth and her nose was completely free!
